About a year ago, I was healed of crippling fear and deep depression after it had come and gone for years. I thought that I was just going to have to cope and live like that just like so many people do. But, I didn’t have to cope, I was healed. And I know that distractions and coping aren't the answers. So, I’d like to share a few things I've learned on how to beat toxic emotions and thoughts, and how you can have complete freedom and healing.
