1. FRAUD WATCH: We had to bring it back after the Mariners got swept by the Angles (yes we recorded before the Randy Arozarena trade), but the Astros, Yankees, and Braves may not be beating the faud allegations either.
2. Rumour Has It: We recap some scuttlebutt right before the trades start flying in.
3. Around the Horn: Cal Quantrill got a little too hot (as did the Rockies bats), two former MVPs are dealing with injuries, and a ballpark food item we actually like for a change.
4. What to Watch: An NL East rivalry plus more NL Wild Card Shenanigans.
5. We should just rename the Lightning Round to Can You Repeat the Question.
