Continuing from last week's conversation we are talking about red flags and setting healthy boundaries. As you grow and have life experiences, the boundaries you set can shift and change and so can the things you consider to be red flags. And newsflash- you can set new boundaries at any time. And you can call out the red flags! Just because you've let something slide in the past, doesn't mean you have to keep accepting it. The standards you set for others you need to be willing to hold yourself to. And Halee is calling for brain condoms. Yeah, you read that right.
