This week we welcome Texas State Representative Donna Howard, who represents House District 48 in the Austin area, to discuss maternal health and the role it played in the 88th Legislature. We will talk about whether the glass was half full or half empty in regards to maternal health policy–yes, indeed there were some good moments during this legislative session, thanks in large part to Rep. Howard and the Texas Women's Health Caucus.
