My Bio- As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Coach, Teacher and Speaker, Partnering with Parish Leadership, LLC you have access to our power packed workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals. I am a Husband, Father, Grandfather-(AKA "Poppy"). I serve as Pastor of Sandy Run Church. I have been serving health care professionals in LTC-TCU & Memory Care since 1990, specializing in Spiritcare and Montessori Methods for dementia patients and Life Connection Consultant. Non-Profit Leadership service includes Founding board member/Past President of Mississippi Health Care Foundation-Chair of the Ms. Activity Professionals/Social Workers Council. 719 Project Event Coordinator. I have a passion to serve faith based and professional leaders in their growth and development. Becoming Maxwell Leadership Certified has lifted my Lid and enabled me to expand my influence. I was placed on this earth by my God. To glorify Him in everything that I do and to deeply love, serve and value the people around me. With this purpose God has gifted me to minister, teach, speak and coach. I am called to help people pursue their purpose and reveal their potential, by equipping them to become intentional about their own performance and development so they can become better leaders and live fuller more powerful lives.
