I hope it's used that way because it is very tactical. It's not, it's not theoretical, it's based entirely on things that have worked.” Greg “What appears to be happening with technology is the industry skill set is being forced back to where it was maybe in the in the 80s and 90s. Where I remember someone saying in the art of recruitment is selling imperfect candidates to imperfect jobs and imperfect jobs to imperfect candidates, and that is not something that AI is going to be able to do.” Neil
