In July of 1983, an Air Canada flight ran out of fuel at 41,000 ft, and had to glide down to safety. The chances of a successful outcome were slim to none, but in the end, and against all odds, they landed safely.

So how does a near air disaster relate to your business and cash flow understanding?

In this episode, I will tell you a short (true) story to help you understand the importance of knowing your business numbers and managing your cash flow correctly.

A lot of problems happen in business because of a lack of knowledge or attention.

So, know your numbers and don't be an air disaster - or a business disaster!
