As Mental Health March continues, Anne and Ali bring you tips for things you can do now to help protect your mental health. They give tips on setting healthy boundaries and being aware of how social media affects you. They also discuss counterbalancing your time on social media by intentionally doing other activities, even when you don't feel like you are burnt out, and having a support system outside of social media.
