Here it is, Ep6 of the Sunshine, Freedom and Flowers podcast!
This is the Series One Finale as Dobbie and Drew have decided to present six episodes per series... must be something to do with how British TV works or something?
But the Finale is a good one - Reece is not a close friend or family member to Dobbie or Drew, he's someone Drew has becoming friends with online through the Sondheim Society and so this is the first Sunshine, Freedom and Flowers recording where the presenters have no idea what the guest will be talking about!
Ep.6 was recorded on 18.02.21 via zoom and the audio reflects this at times.
Reece brought with him three things close to his heart, starting off very personal with a beautiful sharing of his life story, before giving us a glimpse into how he and his husband have coped through lockdown before returning to a familiar theme to close. Although Reece wasn't known to Dobbie and Drew (much) before the recording, the conversation quickly fell into something akin to a group of friends who meet regularly. A lovely interview to share indeed.
