In the Quran, the word "goat" is mentioned once in Surah Al-An'am, verse 143. The verse talks about how some people used to assign certain portions of their crops and cattle to God and then ascribe some of these portions to their idols. The verse then goes on to say that Allah has not permitted this and that it is a form of falsehood.

Overall, while the word "goat" is only mentioned once in the Quran, it is still significant in emphasizing the importance of pure and sincere worship in Islam.
