Wow this was a jam-packed episode. I threw a question out to my community to ask: Whats your biggest challenge when it comes to managing mental health at work?
And there were so many important questions that came through. I couldn't get to them all but I've themed them up where I could.

- What to do if an employee is showing mental health symptoms but hasn't told you about any issues?
- What are your responsibilities as an employer if someone hasn't disclosed their illness?
- What to do if performance is being affected or its affecting others at work?
- How can you encourage someone to get help?
- What to do if people you work with have preconceived ideas/stigma about it?
This is a super juicy episode with lots of value in it. However it won't answer all of your questions as its a BIG topic.
