Coach Jeff Dugdale describes the 2019 swim season that led up to Queens University of Charlotte winning their 5th straight Division 2 Men's and Women's Championships. Coach Dugdale reviews the development of Queens’ program and athletic department, the team's’ connection to Team Elite Aquatics and an array of Olympic athletes, and his athletes college football-esque status on campus.
