In 2020 there were a lot of bored people out there. People picked up instruments, bought kayaks, painted, made bread, etc. But one of the biggest things that happened was the resurgence of gaming. There is no better platform for gamers than Twitch.
Here's a few stats:
- 15,000,000 daily active users
- 73% of users are 16-34
- 65% of those users are male
- They watch an average of 95 minutes of content every single day
- YouTube users consume about 3.25B hours of content per month. Twitch users that are using YouTube generate about 20% of that. That's 725 million hours of content!
So, whether or not you use it, if your audience is primarily 16-34 year old males, you need to get your business on Twitch.
