Today I'm reviewing the new Prime Video release, The Idea of You, the movie adaptation of the book by the same name. I'm sharing my thoughts followed by a 2019 book chat where Classy and I discussed the book. It's one of our first Buddy Read Chats, so far back that it was before we decided to focus on mystery and thrillers and started recording videos! It's a true throwback treat! The movie review is spoiler-free, but the book chat is FULL of spoilers (as usual). I liked the adaptation a lot more than the book! Which surprised me because that rarely happens.
