This is the first episode of season three of the She Hit Refresh podcast! We’ve taken a long hiatus but I’m so glad to be back with this spectacular season. As you may remember in Season two we interviewed women from the She Hit Refresh community who had hit refresh and started living the lives they had always dreamed of, women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s.

In today’s episode I sit down with She Hit Refresh co-founder Annette Villarreal to catch up and talk about what has transpired in the last year and half since we last sat down together.
