Through practical, everyday strategies and tips, I help you to become empowered to make a lasting difference in your child's wellbeing journey.

In this episode I'm joined by mother of two and Holistic Nutritionist Emma Pennell from @the.thriving.life, as she shares with us how she's navigating the challenges in supporting her boys' long term food relationship.

Emma shares;

  • The challenges she faces with her kids at meal times.
  • Her food values and how she models them to her kids.
  • Where she holds food boundaries and where she's had to be flexible on those boundaries.
  • The language she uses to help her kids connect food to their health.
  • Her hopes for their long term food relationship.
  • Some daily actions that are helping her boys get to where she'd like them to be.
  • The danger of expectations with her children's eating.
