Beyond the Rubber Stamp: How to Be a Great Real Estate Leader w/ Paula Monthofer
Manage episode 447779130 series 3595921
Being a good leader in the best of times is easy. The rubber truly meets the road when the market gets tough or we find ourselves facing existential challenges like legislative changes.
Instead of running away, the best leaders lean into challenges and use them to steward their organizations into an uncertain future.
As real estate agents, we started this year not knowing we’ll have to change the way we do business, and it has shaken up the industry. Many leaders across the country used this as an opportunity to step up and truly provide support and solutions to their agents.
Beyond being another rubber stamp, they are actually bringing tangible value to the people we serve.
What are the qualities of high-functioning organizations? How do we create the next generation of real estate leaders? What makes the best leaders different?
In this episode, we’re joined by National Speaker, Strategic Planning Consultant, National Leader and honorary Nevada REALTOR®, Paula Monthofer. She talks about how to lead at a higher level.
