Peter Jacobsen is Assistant Professor of Economics at Ottawa University in Kansas. He joins Bob to discuss a major study of Universal Basic Income (UBI) that found recipients of a cash handout devoted more time to leisure, rather than finding a better career or child care. The results throw cold water on the promises made by typical UBI proponents.
