Sebastian Luettringhaus is a Business Coach and Sparring Partner to Founders, Business Owners and CEOs of SMBs and ScaleUps. He helps to unlock the full potential of teams, boost business performance and achieve milestones in a matter of just days or weeks.

With over 12 years of experience in consulting and leadership roles, he has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by growing companies. He has a passion for helping businesses overcome hurdles, align their teams, and achieve their goals.

Hailing from Cologne, Sebastian first pursued a career in Top Management Consulting. At Porsche Consulting he learned the tools and principles of Lean Management and helped to adapt this to different businesses, cultures and industries. However, as a hands-on person who always felt he is more an Entrepreneur than a corporate consultant, he later became the co-owner and MD of a Digital Agency in Cologne, where he has worked with a number of high profile firms as an advisor & help them structure their second-layer management teams.

Sebastian's business approach is grounded in his own personal development journey. After some transformative experiences in private and business life and also questioning his true purpose, Sebastian came to ReallyAlign and experienced Connected Breathwork. His journey for almost 9 months helped him to rediscover what really matters to him in private and in business. Especially he learned to reconnect deeper with himself and thereby connect better with the people around him. He now believes in the power of accessing inner strength and clarity to make confident decisions and navigate both business and personal challenges.
