With a decade of in field work experience in the welding industry, DeIla Ray- who is now a welding instructor, has worked across the United States a compressor stations, pre and post ethanol, food processing, and water treatment and wastewater treatment facilities. Through her knowledge and experiences DeIla has aimed her passion for welding at the youth of our country in hopes of being able to show students how much pride is in the skilled trades. "To empower other women and our youth to learn a trade is the best torch I can pass along."
