When you begin a new initiative or change to help your organization, everyone is onboard. Everyone is excited because from top to bottom, the focus is on what is new.
Every day, meeting or discussion is focused on the progress so of course, it feels like it is working.
But what happens when the focus shifts to something new or the new just becomes the regular. Usually performance drops. This leads to doubt regarding the change or if your team can really succeed. How to you keep your team focused and moving forward?
