After a fatal reaction to a spinal block, my heart and lungs stopped. I was out for approximately eight (8) Earth minutes, yet it seemed like an entire lifetime. While there, I experienced profound healing, was shown the inter-workings of Life and the Omniverse and prepared for my return. Integrating back into life had so many challenges. The filter between me and others no longer existed. Instead, all of life became intertwined, and I felt all of it. My near-death experience opened a whole new layer - an additional dimension - of this world to me, revealing that the "Beyond" is actually with us "here" (hence Here-Beyond). Spontaneously, I discovered I had "Gifts of the Spirit" - psychic and medium abilities that I've learned to make peace with.
