Leaders are readers. It’s important to have a consistent reading habit so you can evolve in your thinking and expand your paradigm of the world.

Erick unpacks some of the highlights that stuck out to him from Erwin Raphael’s book, Mindset Shift. Erick provides a broad stroke on what the book teaches and highlights one area he liked in the book. He covers three of the twelve mindset shifts in the book:

  • You Don’t Need an Audience - Focus on your passion and talent and being the best version of yourself and your right audience will appear.
  • No One Knows What They Are Doing - Get over yourself and take action. You won’t know what you’re doing when you start something. So, just get started.
  • Be Average (At Almost Everything) - You can’t be everything to everyone. Focus on the few key areas of your life that truly matter and let go over everything else.
