Deep inside, she was yearning to live a life of purpose and meaning, so she left her thriving corporate career, to create Better With Company, a high-touch business coaching and consulting agency, to empower other women, especially women of color, to claim their earning power.

Elizabeth is on a mission to bring more diverse representation to the online marketplace, so we can make a lot of money for our contribution to the betterment of our planet. As business leaders and change agents, we are learning the best way to know we’re making an impact is if we’re making money.
