There is no better learning than real practical applications. In this episode, our leadership team at AROSE Group role model in real time giving group feedback.
We know giving feedback makes us uncomfortable in all realms of our lives, and you might be thinking, “Why in the world would I want to participate in group feedback?”
As you will see from our recorded group feedback session, when done right, it is anything but scary and uncomfortable. It is uplifting, supportive, and amplifies performance.
That’s why we call this exercise the Amplifier Effect because we believe that the power of the team is to amplify the impact of each team member, and a group feedback session does this best.
