28:23 - 29:34 The importance of being “CALLED,,EQUIPPED..ANOINTED” as a Minister /Worshiper…Called & Anointed = God…The EQUIPPING is US & our preparing technically to the point that God CAN Anoint us…We must CHOOSE to get READY when He calls us, then we are available for anointing!

29:34 - 30:10 Too many folks rely on their past and do not prepare correctly..KNOWING we are Called to be in front of others as ‘Worship FACILITATORS’ means we must be aware that, that is a Huge responsibility

32:37 - 33:18 The worship Movement will never thrive in ISOLATION…In her old church the Music Ministry would go to various Malls, & area events & sing to the public,,,then others would witness. That is GRASSROOTS Ministry to which the church is returning

33:18 - 33:56 This book, “The Reset” Jeremy Riddle is mind boggling & PROGRESSIVE as a tool to help get the church ‘UNSTUCK’ in this season. Sadly, the church today does not reach out very far beyond its doors….so music may be instrumental in breaking down those doors.

33:56 - 34:34 “ Can the church provide a place where we can provide the Real, True, Liberating, Healing Presence of God!?”...YES!! We can.. BUT we must get beyond the Music!...we do not want people to have an experience with Music…But an experience with GOD!!

34:34 - 37:08 It is a constant battle for worship Facilitators to ‘Get out of the way’...Be a yielded vessel through our own unique gift…Yet have GOD FLOW!..There is a balance!..My own example in music where I failed in my presentation because of my own pride, it was totally humbling.

39:51 - 40:48 What makes music so special is the MUSIC LASTS… we recall childhood songs..Music is a powerful medium for both teaching + Memory…compared to sermons, the words to sermons often fade ... .Memories of Music can last a lifetime!....So we must treat MUSIC as a PRECIOUS COMMODITY & inject only TRUTH in our Music that will build up others & edify

40:48 - 42:00 Much of CW’s music is directly from the scriptures…Because God said it Best…example her song “Be Strong!”...she knows at times she can recite a passage because she can sing it…therefore we must treat MUSIC with great respect because it is a medium that can impart something ( a message, thought) to people that will stay with them long after the song has been sung.
