In this episode we review social paticipation barriers for aging parents. We discuss barriers and trouble shooting for participating in social or celebration events such as graduations, weddings, etc.

1) Notice participation issues
2) Get curious - ask questions
3) Get creative in working around barriers
4) Practice and repeat!
