Our guest, Gina Hatzis, is an award-winning international speaker, author and educator who has spent the past three decades empowering women to embrace their identities and play a bigger role in life through soulful leadership, conscious communication, and exceptional confidence. She was honored as Top Inspirational Speaker by Speaker Slam in 2021, recognized as one of the Top 20 Disruptors of 2022 by Disruptor Magazine, named Woman of the Year by Soulful Image Magazine in 2019, and awarded Speaker of the Year by Dynamo Speaking. Additionally, she was featured in a Los Angeles article as one of the three most important events to empower women in 2019, alongside the Women's March and the #MeToo Movement.

Gina shares her journey of rebuilding self-trust after facing significant life challenges, such as the cancellation of her global tour, the end of her marriage, and early menopause. She emphasizes the importance of consistent habits and self-care practices to strengthen self-trust, likening it to gradually increasing weights at the gym. Hatzis also highlights the power of balancing sensitivity with strength, asserting that vulnerability is a source of connection and authenticity rather than a weakness. The Too Much Woman Movement, which she leads, encourages women to embrace their unique qualities and live according to their core values, fostering a sense of empowerment and purpose. Additionally, Hatzis uses social media to maintain consistency and accountability, spreading her empowering message and forming genuine connections through her authenticity.
