Historically specializing in working with trauma, social justice and spiritual growth, her own personal journey navigating long covid and ME/CFS and motherhood have directly influenced an evolution in her work and focus. Today she is evolving her path to hold sacred space and finding meaning for those navigating pregnancy/postpartum alongside chronic illness.
