Erica and Diane interview special guest Stacey Piedrahita, Best Selling Author, Transcedental Meditation Facilitator, and Spiritual Teacher/Mentor. She shares how her near death experience and leaning connecting with her inner child changed her life. She details her brewpubs on the mental health crisis and the increased need to understand how trauma impacts reach of us.
