Today in the HeronCode studio we are joined by Saudi Born Najla AlSaif. A Psychology Graduate in the US, she has also lived in Yemen and the Philippines. Whilst in the US she trained at the Lab School of Washington DC where she worked with children with either learning difficulties or disabled. Ironically this came very handy later in her life as her first child was diagnosed with autism at the age of 3 years old.

Najla has been successful in a multitude of different roles but her passion has always been around Human Capital. She ceases every opportunity to help those in need and has spearheaded many initiatives for people with disabilities, aswell as orphans, and women from rural areas of Saudi Arabia, a truly inspirational woman who lives with passion and purpose.

HeronCode’s Executive Search division is ensuring women are appropriately represented across C-suites and Boards globally.
