Rich has this incredible ability to build connections through his previous work as a Chaplain and Relationship Coach. Shelby has been a yoga instructor for several years and is able to intuitively bring a joyful and grounding presence to those around her. Together, they are also Somatic Release Breathwork Facilitators and Sound Healing Practitioners who seek to remind people of the transformational power of their own breath.
