In this episode I am joined by Amanda Fisher, a Doctor of Physical therapy and the owner of Empower Your Pelvis, a pelvic floor physical therapy clinic in Kansas City, Missouri. She is also the owner of many pelvic floor issues herself and loves brining awareness to pelvic health. She enjoys educating people about pelvic health and helping them reach their goals.
Amanda shares her own pelvic health journey with us, including giving birth to three kids while still healing her body, how she learned to communicate with her husband, and the importance of physical therapy after a c section.
