In this episode we discuss when buying a condo you are taking on responsibility for the walls inward, and the association takes care of the rest. That said it is still you, the unit owner who pays the condo fees to cover these costs. Higher density on one piece of land reduces the costs by splitting them across more parties. This can save the unit owners on the expenses to maintain the overall common areas. Condos that offer a wide range of amenities can be attractive.
