Of course, we are still “Scandal Sheet” and so we aren’t going to tell you how to roast the best turkey or ham – a hundred other podcasts will tell you how to that. Instead, we offer alternative recipes that are equally celebratory for your holiday. First, an amazing Tortilla Española, from my co-host, Anuradha. And then, a traditional British, Beef Wellington prepared by Dr. Vince Connelly, PhD, of Oxford Brookes University, and a recurring guest on the pod (and also just happens to be my brother-in-law). Both of these sumptuous and delicious recipes can be made in your own kitchens with ingredients from your local grocery store! You don’t need to be a chef to make these.
