Develop a place for tough conversation

Discovery's the truth and purpose of their views, stands and overall thoughts.

What and how can you do:

Here are some ways to do so:

Frame the conversation

Have objectives and take aways from the meeting

Something I learned in Crisis Management as Behavioral Health provider to defuse the matter at hand and be of a helping hand.

That being said sometimes, not all the times, you can come to a common ground and there is a point were you have to walk away and revisit this at another time.

Take always:

Have a thoughtful conversation

Frame it

Hold each other truth

Keep it cool and help each other out
