I was thrilled to be invited on an episode of the Leaders of B2B podcast hosted by David “Ledge” Ledgerwood, the managing partner of Add1Zero, a firm specializing in sales execution for B2B technology companies. Ledge is a salesman’s salesman, so it was fascinating to talk with him about the seemingly timeless disconnect between sales and marketing teams.
