To celebrate Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Reorg’s Harvard Zhang leads a panel discussion with Larry Wee a partner at Milbank, Jingzhi Dai ‘JD’, a managing director at Jefferies, Alex Xiao, an associate at Gibson Dunn and David Samikkannu, a director at AlixPartners speak, where they discuss why they set up a networking group called Restructuring Asians in New York, or RAINY, how they got to where they are professionally, and what can be done to advance the careers of minorities.
