LONG about his new book "Professional Wrestling and the Law: Legal Battles from the Ring to the Courtroom". Alex has published over 40 scholarly articles and books on legal topics, and the most recent of which, a book that takes a deep dive into the many different lawsuits, litigation, and legal battles from throughout the history of pro wrestling… Some of the topics from the courtroom that we discuss include, Ron Fuller suing Ron Garvin for the return of the Southeastern Title and $12,000 he loaned Garvin to purchase a boat, The Poffos suing the entire NWA (and then some) for monopolizing the business.
