In real estate, having a YouTube channel was once seen as a fruitless side project. Today, it’s a proven revenue builder. The tried and tested lead gen methods still work, of course, but YouTube is more efficient.

A channel with a lot of watch time can accomplish what years of prospecting can, and the best part is: you can do this while you sleep.

In this episode, I’m joined by the agent, entrepreneur and YouTuber to share his journey in real estate.
