When it comes to real estate investing asset classes, none is as misunderstood or maligned as mobile home parks. Much of the scrutiny that mobile home park investors have garnered isn’t based in reality, but rather in a heavily mistaken narrative.

The truth is: mobile home parks, when done ethically and with a heart for the tenants, aren't just good business, they are a public service. Even though it seems like it’s too late to invest in this asset class, this market has created a ton of opportunity.

What’s the surprising history of mobile home parks? How can an investor go after this niche?

In this episode, we’re joined by the 5th largest mobile home park owner in the US, Frank Rolfe. He shares his wealth of knowledge on this asset class, why it’s wrongfully scrutinized and why there’s still a lot of opportunity in it.

I think the reason people love beating up on our industry is that no one really knows anything about it, so you can tell people anything. -Frank Rolfe
