Howard and Sam Mizrahi Founder and President of Mizrahi Developments speak about what it took to develop Canada’s tallest residential high-rise project, The One in the heart of downtown Toronto and Sam’s thought on the future of Real Estate in the GTA and beyond.

Sam Mizrahi is the founder and President of Mizrahi Developments, a leading developer in the Canadian luxury residential marketplace. Sam initially founded Mizrahi Developments, specializing in the design and build of custom homes in some of Toronto’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. Over the last 13 years, Sam expanded the company’s impact by working with leading global architectural firms to construct condominium towers with the same detailed craftsmanship as a standalone luxury residence.

Today Mizrahi Developments’ signature condominium project The One, uses architectural, design, and engineering innovation to erect Canada’s tallest building, rising 85 stories above Yonge and Bloor. Making a mark in Canada’s Capital, in 2017 Mizrahi’s launched 1451 Wellington, Ottawa’s first full-service luxury condominium, that is already earning a reputation for pushing the envelope with craftsmanship and design, including receiving official landmark status from the City.

Sam is on the board of BILD and Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Centre. He also regularly lends his time and energy to the National Arts Council, and actively supports several committees and causes for the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto.
