The annual event kicks off this Saturday, December 14th at noon in the small town of Lisbon, located in northern Howard County, Maryland. The parade features antique tractors and farm equipment, antique cars, and 250 horses from all over the state of Maryland. All food and money raised will go to Carroll County Food Sunday, the Howard County Food Bank, Farmers and Hunters Feed the Hungry, and the Lisbon Fire Company. It's small-town America at its finest!
