Meet Mangda (find her IG Bacii and say HIII)
BACII is a Laotian word for Spirit Gathering, ritual, and celebration.
I love everything she said in this conversation and will me taking it with me everywhere. We need more gentleness, more connection and compassion for ourselves. It is a gift to know and love someone who has been through it, is going through it, and leads with her heart.
But also how we need each other to help demystify this pathway.
I'm excited because together we are creating a monthly space
