Benefits like boosting self esteem, becoming more body positive, mental health enhancement and how gratifying and enjoyable photography can be, behind and in front of the lens. This will be accomplished by documenting my journey and interviewing photographers and models to sleuth out the emotional benefits of this and other artistic pursuits.
