There's nothing more necessary in life than to know who you are and be cool with it. I spent 15 years of my life in prison and it was one of the best things that could have happened to me. I didn't fight addiction or mental health issues, i fought my own negative self image until the age of 33. What helped me was both the prison structure and the rules applied by the other convicts, and now i'd like to share them with you. On this podcast, i'll teach you some of the uncommon rules that helped restructure my life and gave me a chance to find success outside of the walls.
