*The Left, including Cesar Chavez and his brother, used to claim that this was the rich capitalists exploiting illegals for cheaper labor, harming American citizens. Now the Left campaigns for the illegal cheap, imported labor that takes wage growth from lower income Americans.

This Statesman piece, Democrats highlight abortion in bid to flip Texas Supreme Court seats, demonstrates just how incompetent, ignorant, or just plain biased, are many reporters these days. Reporter Bayliss Wagner writes: “In social media posts, the [Democrat backing] PAC has painted statements like Devine’s 2012 speech as evidence that the incumbent justices can’t be trusted to rule impartially.” But then never sees the hypocrisy of the entire message that Republicans who are openly on one side of the abortion argument are claimed to be unable to “rule impartially” and yet Democrats openly on the other side of the argument are? That should be the main line of questioning of the piece given its context but it is ignored by the reporter.
