Pastor Omar’s sermon on John 6:1-14 took us through Jesus' miraculous feeding of the 5,000, emphasizing how faith and praise activate God’s promises in our lives. When faced with thousands to feed, Jesus invited His disciples to look beyond scarcity. While Philip focused on what they lacked, Andrew’s faith in the small offering—a few loaves and fishes—became the catalyst for God’s abundance. Pastor Omar encouraged us to be "solution-driven" rather than problem-focused, as faith unlocks God’s power.
He also highlighted the importance of gratitude and generosity. Jesus’ act of giving thanks for the little they had led to an overflow, teaching that as we honor God with what we have, He multiplies it.
