Dr. Gabby Miniscalco is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Adjunct Faculty in the Clinical Psychology PsyD program at Adler University. Before opening her own private practice, Mini Mental Health Services, she dedicated her career to working in complicated systems and institutions such as, correctional, and residential settings, therapeutic day schools, community mental health, and higher levels of care such as inpatient and partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. Dr. Miniscalco has experience in program development, community outreach, supervision, and crisis management. She is heavily involved in her community and is a member of the Lake County Suicide Prevention Taskforce in Illinois. She is passionate about normalizing mental health support and believes everyone’s unique life story deserves to be heard. She is an immigrant from Poland and understands the complexity of living in between two cultures and empowers people to make sense of their own multi-cultural identities.
