Dr. Thom Reilly is a Professor for the Arizona State University (ASU) School of Public Affairs and the Co-Director of the ASU Center for an Independent and Sustainable Democracy. Dr. Reilly is also the former Chancellor of the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE), where he served as chief executive officer.
